Chef Yana Gilbuena has been featured on NY Times, CNN, NBC News and was a Stone Barns Exchange Fellow and part of Cherry Bombe 100.
Chef Isa Fabro is an LA-based chef who's been featured on LA Times, NYT Cooking, Migrant Kitchen, KCRW Good Food and more.
Deanna Sison of Mestiza Taqueria, will host the two amazing chefs for one night only to serve a collaborative menu. Dinner format will be Kamayan.
